Archival Request Privacy Policy

We collect your personal information in order to: respond to enquiries, process requests for access to archival records, and manage research relating to the Society of Mary archives.

Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to provide certain contact details or research information, we may be unable to process your enquiry or provide access to relevant archival material.

We keep your information safe by storing it securely in our systems and only allowing authorised staff to access it.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
