I want to make a complaint

If you wish to make a formal complaint about abuse, this section will guide you through the available options. You may choose the pathway that feels most appropriate, whether contacting the Society of Mary, an independent safeguarding body, or the relevant civil authorities.

All complaints are taken seriously and handled with care, respect, and confidentiality. Support is available throughout the process.

I have a concern

If you are unsure whether something should be a complaint, or would like to discuss a situation first, you can raise a concern here. This may include seeking advice, asking questions, or sharing something that is not yet clear.

You will be listened to and guided on next steps, including whether making a formal complaint may be appropriate.
